If you did not graduate from one of our programmes, we will evaluate your manuscript to ensure it aligns with our standards. This evaluation includes a full read by an editor, who will share an overview of the manuscript’s strengths and areas of concern. We will work with you to get the manuscript ready for publishing.

Executing a full copy edit and a final proofread on your manuscript to ensure that spelling and grammar mistakes are caught and removed. If the book requires evaluation by an Islamic scholar, we will arrange for this.

After consultation about your aesthetic preferences, we will commission a cover design that fits your book’s content and the intended audience, as well as ensuring it fits industry standards and stands out – for all the right reasons. 

We will work with professional formatters to create a striking interior that does justice to your book’s message making it a joy to read.

We will set the book up on distributor and retailer accounts on all major platforms, including Amazon and BarnesandNoble.com. 

Your eBook/Kindle will be available on all major eBook retailers (Amazon, BarnesandNoble.com) in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, India, Japan, Mexico, and Australia. eBooks include all relevant copy tailored to each retailer, including samples, screenshots, and keywords.

We will ensure your book will be available in paperback print-on-demand format, distributed through both Amazon’s KDP platform and IngramSpark’s wider distribution channels, which ensures that your book is available for purchase by Islamic distributors, as well as physical retailers (Barnes & Noble) and libraries worldwide.

Once complete, your manuscript will be assigned all ISBN, bar, and BISAC codes necessary for retail distribution. You will own the copyright to your work.

You will own all rights to your work and will be able to exercise creative control of the project. You will receive 75% of all payments from online retailers like Amazon, Ingram Sparks etc. You will receive 50% of all licensing fees that we negotiate. If you negotiate licences or sell rights on your own, you will get 100% of whatever they pay. 

Your book will be published under our company name. Alternatively, it can be published under a custom imprint with a name of your choosing.

If you are going to be using your photos in promotional activities, we have guidelines for taking great pictures and communicating your brand through your photos. 

Our copywriters will create an engaging author bio and book description to ensure your book grabs the attention of your ideal readers.

We can facilitate the creation, production, and distribution of an audiobook version of your book. The audiobook will be recorded by a voice actor at a professional studio and available for purchase on Audible.com, Amazon.com, iTunes, and Spotify. Extra charges may apply.

You will receive 10 free copies of your book for your own personal use. You will be able to order additional author copies of your book at cost price from Amazon.

You will work with Sr Na’ima B. Robert and her promotions team to make a customised plan for your book launch and to review your marketing options. Together, we will create a strategy and provide the templates for you to build and engage your own audienceYou will have access to our author marketing training in the Amplify Author Mastermind and access to weekly Q&A calls to get support and advice.

We will create a press release and distribute it to our network. We will plan the promotion required to become an Amazon Bestseller and secure early Amazon reviews.

Our designers will create a full set of social media posts and graphics for you to use during launch week and beyond.

Our event team will plan an online launch event with Na’ima B. Robert and headline guests that are aligned with your book and its message.

In addition, your book will be promoted across all Na’ima B. Robert and affiliated platforms and you will be interviewed on Na’ima B. Robert’s writers’ podcast and Instagram account.

Your book will be included in the Release book catalogue to be distributed to retailers and wholesalers like Kube Publishing and Darusalaam. We will also make personal recommendations to selected retailers and, if there is interest from wholesalers or foreign publishers, we will negotiate a beneficial contract on your behalf.

Based on your wishes and availability, we will pitch you to media channels in our network. This includes putting you forward for TV appearances, podcasts, author articles, speaking engagements and virtual book tours and social media live interviews.

We will also facilitate collaborations with other authors, experts and brands, where possible.

You will be the first to know about any writers’ events we organise in the future, such as festivals, summits and book tours.
